Which visa do parents need?
The Standard Visitor visa allows visits of up to 6 months at a time. Parents who visit often can apply for a long-term visit visa valid for 2, 5 or 10 years — each visit is still limited to 6 months.
You apply online on GOV.UK and then give biometrics (fingerprints and photo) at a visa application centre in India.
