Ask on WhatsAppYes. Our service fee for filing and managing a tourist visa application is a flat ₹40,000 regardless of destination. What can vary is the embassy or government fee itself, which is charged separately at cost and shown to you upfront before you commit to anything.
Document review, form preparation, application filing, appointment or slot booking, and end-to-end tracking by one dedicated consultant. Anything outside our service — like embassy charges, courier costs, or optional travel insurance — is called out separately, never bundled in silently.
Processing time depends entirely on the destination country's embassy, not on us — it can range from a few working days to several weeks. We give you a realistic estimate for your specific destination during your first consultation, so you can plan travel dates accordingly.
We review every file twice before submission specifically to reduce this risk. If your visa is still refused, we reapply for you free of cost — you don't pay our ₹40,000 service fee again. We go through the embassy's reasons with you, strengthen your file and refile it. Only the embassy / government fee for the new application is payable, as it goes directly to the embassy.
The full service fee is paid before we start your application. Your first consultation is free and there is no obligation — you only pay once you decide to go ahead. The embassy fee is paid separately, at actual cost, when your application is submitted.
No. We specialise only in tourist / visitor visas, so that is all we do — and we do it carefully. If you need a study, work or immigration visa, please consult a licensed specialist for that category.
No — we work fully online. You share copies of your documents over WhatsApp or email, and your consultant handles everything else by phone, WhatsApp or video call. If the embassy needs your originals or biometrics, we book the appointment and tell you exactly what to bring.
