Russia visa FAQs

What if I want to stay longer than 16 days?

You would need a regular tourist visa through the visa centre, usually with an invitation. We advise which option fits your trip.

What if my Russia visa is refused?

We reapply for you free of cost — you don't pay our ₹40,000 service fee again. We review the refusal reasons, strengthen your file and refile it. Only the embassy fee for the new application is payable.

Is the embassy fee included in ₹40,000?

No. ₹40,000 is our service fee, paid in full before we start your application. The embassy / government visa fee is paid separately at actual cost, and we tell you the exact amount upfront.

Visa rules and fees change often. This guide was last reviewed in October 2026 — we confirm the latest requirements with you before you apply. Official source: Russia e-Visa (official).
